Alepack has the capability of installing and repairing a wide variety of medical and consumer packaging heat/tray sealers. Our service scope includes heat/tray sealers, horizontal FFS, thermoformers, and robotics. Out technicians combined experience adds up to decades of problem solving and machine repair capabilities. Our technicians are capable of setup, machine repair, and diagnostics. Alepack’s technicians are also capable of on site, process verification, nominal setpoint identification and training. Our service technicians are also capable of troubleshooting remotely, and deploying the proper tools and components for repair. Alepack has years of travel experience. We can implement cost saving measures to combine multi customer service calls and time saving measures for travel.

Alepack is ISO 17025 compliant. Our technicians are trained for impartiality. If you need to decipher a process issue we can diagnose and report with complete impartiality.

Our service protocol implements the following steps.

1. Budgetary quotation including travel expenses.
2. Service/calibration report
3. Calibration certificates (as needed)
4. Service cost summary with breakdown of travel expenses and purchases.
5. Invoicing with copy of original receipts.
